The photo shows the twin towers (north side) of the former World Trade Center. The hijacked Boeing 767-200 with 92 passengers crashed into the tower between the 93rd and 99th floors.
People who were above the 93rd floors had no chance of survival. The impact of the Boeing damaged the tower's emergency exits in the lobby as well as the elevators and closed the emergency exit to the roof. So people unfortunately preferred it to jumping from high floors.
It is hard to imagine what was going on inside. It's a nightmare. May all the people who died mercilessly on this day be with God in eternal light and happiness. My condolences to their families🙏🏻🙌🏻💔
